You May Join In One of Five Ways
We are excited that you are prayerfully considering becoming a member of Bethel Baptist Church. Should you decide to do so, you may join in one of five ways.
CANDIDATE FOR BAPTISM
If you have never been baptized but have accepted Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior, you may join as a candidate for baptism.
REINSTATEMENT
If you are a former member of Bethel Baptist Church and you wish to rejoin, you may reinstate your membership.
BY LETTER
If you are a former member of another Church and have a letter of introduction from that church, you may join by letter.
CHRISTIAN EXPERIENCE
If you have been baptized but have no church affiliation or letter of introduction, you may join under your Christian Experience.
eMEMBERSHIP
If you desire to become a member of our church and can not physically attend due to distance, health or work schedule you may join us as an eMember. Our eMember campus is evolving into an engaging and interactive form of church membership.
In each case, you may start the process of becoming a member of Bethel Baptist Church by:
1) Coming forward when the Pastor extends the invitation to discipleship at the conclusion of a worship service
2) Completing and submitting the form below.
If you come forward when the Pastor extends the invitation to discipleship, a member of the Deacon’s ministry will collect some information, and provide you with details on the next steps. If you complete and submit the New Member Registration Form, a representative from the New Members ministry will contact you in the manner that you prefer.
All candidates for membership are required to attend our 4-hour Discipleship class. Candidates who have been baptized at either Bethel Baptist Church or another Baptist church and who have completed the Discipleship class are eligible to receive the Right Hand of Fellowship.
We will provide further information concerning Baptism and the Right Hand of Fellowship during the Discipleship Class.
